J V N & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants and its affiliates (“JVN”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is the Data Fiduciary for the JVN Connect application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, store, use and protect personal data of staff, clients and authorised users. This policy is prepared considering the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, which regulate processing of digital personal data for lawful purposes.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with authorised personnel, IT vendors, cloud service providers, professional advisors, regulators, government authorities or law enforcement agencies where required for service delivery, compliance, security or legal purposes.
We adopt reasonable security safeguards, including role-based access, restricted user permissions, password protection, secure hosting, audit logs and administrative controls to protect personal data from unauthorised access, misuse, loss or disclosure.
Personal data will be retained only for the period necessary for internal management, client service, legal, regulatory, audit and professional record requirements. After expiry of the required period, data may be deleted, anonymised or archived securely.

JVN Connect is not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children through this app.
